Brian C. Hayen
Brian was a Police Officer for 22 years working as a K-9 officer with a patrol / narcotics dog and an explosives detection dog. Brian was promoted to criminal Investigator assigned to a warrant squad. He was later assigned to the narcotics task force working as an undercover investigator. While in the narcotics task force he was promoted to investigator K-9 Handle with a patrol / narcotics dog. Brian was also assigned to the "Narcotics Entry Team" who conducted over 300 search warrants and conducted SWAT operations for hostage standoff's and barricaded subjects. Brian changed departments and was promoted to sergeant and then to detective sergeant in charge of a detective squad, undercover operations and all criminal investigations. Brian received "Officer of the Year" and "Deputy of the Year during his career with two departments.

James "Jimmy" Cleary
Jimmy started his canine career in 1982 working a Patrol / Narcotics K-9 and became a member of the USPCA in 1984 and he and his canine were certified as Narcotics detection team. In 1995 James became a Judge/Certifier with the USPCA and certified hundreds of canine narcotics and explosives teams and is currently still active in the USPCA as the Executive Director and Certified Judge. In 1996 James became a certified instructor and certifier for New York State Bureau for Municipal Police and has trained and certified numerous teams from across New York State. In 1997 James became a certified trainer through the USPCA for Detector dog teams, James has Judged and Certified over 300 K-9 teams and trained over 75 Police K-9 teams. James was the head trainer in charge of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Training program and conducted (12) 16 week patrol dog schools, conducted (7) 6 week Detector Team schools, and assisted in (2) 6 week Detector dog schools for Narcotics and Explosives. He was the assistant trainer for the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Department Narcotics/Explosives Detector dog school. During James career as a trainer he also worked (1) patrol/narcotics dog, (2) narcotics dogs and (1) Explosives dog.

Gary F. Pietropaolo
Gary is retired from the Yonkers Police Department in New York State. He became a K-9 Handler working a Patrol / Narcotics canine. Gary and his K-9 partner were awarded numerous awards for Narcotics Detection for serving search warrants and during searches out on the street. Gary became a USPCA member as a handler, and moved up to trainer status. He was promoted to head trainer of the K-9 division for the Department. Gary became a certified National Judge / Certifier for the USPCA in 2001 and has certified / judged hundreds of canines on a regional and national level throughout the United States. He has trained and certified dogs through his Police Departments K-9 Academy that trained dogs from all across New York and held numerous Detection schools for Narcotics. Gary sits on the coveted United States Police Canine Association National Board of Judges which oversees all of the Certifiers / Judges in the United States Police Canine Association.
